We are excited for our upcoming 3-day educational conference taking place from June 11th – June 13th, 2026 at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort. This conference will provide attendees the opportunity to experience informative speakers throughout general sessions and various educational track sessions. In addition, participants are engaged in our welcome reception, Partner Showcase exhibit and multiple networking opportunities.

We are looking forward to connecting with our health centers, partners, sponsors and attendees and providing educational opportunities to safety-net healthcare leadership and support staff.

Health Choice Network has a conference room block that will open in late February. Online Booking link will be available once the room block has opened.

Network Member & Non-Member Pricing

Discounted pricing is reserved for our Network Members and staff. All tickets purchased at this discounted rate will be verified. Please note if you purchase a Network Member Ticket in error, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

Can I obtain a refund or transfer my registration?

Yes, please allow 48 hours for processing. Please note you will receive a full refund if your request is submitted before May 29, 2026. Any requests received on or after May 29, 2026 will not be accepted. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. If you have any questions, please contact Lissette Montiel at LMontiel@hcnetwork.org. Please note the name on the registration/ticket must match the attendee.
