What is the cost to register for the conference?

The cost of the conference will vary depending on the ticket selected. Discounted pricing is reserved for our Network Members and staff. All tickets purchased at this discounted rate will be verified. Click on the Register tab to register today!

Who should attend the conference?

Health Center Board members and Executives to include Quality Leaders, Physicians and Clinicians, Operations Leaders, Finance Leaders, Value Based Care Teams, Human Resource Leaders, and Information Systems Leaders.

Can I register if my organization is not a member or does not currently work with Health Choice Network?

Yes! Most of our conference sessions are relevant to you even if you are not currently engaged with Health Choice Network.

Where is the conference taking place?

The conference is being held at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, located at 400 S Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145

How can I book my hotel?

Health Choice Network has a conference room block that will open in late February. Online Booking link will be available once the room block has opened.

What are the transportation options to the conference?

The conference is conveniently accessible from three major airports. Here are your options for getting to the conference:

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)
47 miles (~ 50 min drive)
Miami International Airport (MIA)  102 miles (~2 hr drive)
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) 115 miles (~ 2 hr drive)

Will the content be available after the conference?

Authorized conference presentations will be available to all registered participants.

Can I obtain a refund or transfer my registration?

Yes, please allow 48 hours for processing. Please note you will receive a full refund if your request is submitted before June 1, 2026. Any requests received on or after June 1, 2026, will not be accepted. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. If you have any questions, please contact Lissette Montiel at LMontiel@hcnetwork.org. Please note the name on the registration/ticket must match the attendee.
