Poster Presentations

Posters on research or quality improvement initiatives and/or innovations health centers have implemented with results that can be shared with other centers will be showcased during Health Choice Network's 32nd Annual Board Educational Conference. Posters will be displayed throughout the conference and will also have exposure on our virtual conference app.
