Join the Gallery of Innovation

Health Choice Network invites you to submit a poster on research or quality improvement initiatives and/or innovations you have implemented with positive results that can be shared with other health centers.

All accepted posters will be displayed throughout the conference and will also have exposure on our conference app.

Poster Submission Deadline: Friday, March 13th  

We are accepting ideas on a rolling basis. Once accepted, you will receive more details on the poster specs with a template to get you started. All poster graphics and details will be needed no later than Friday, April 24th, 2026.
