Aisha Pittman, MHP, is the senior vice president of Government Affairs. In her role, Pittman leads NAACOS’ work to promote legislative and regulatory policies that will advance ACOs. She has 19 years of experience in healthcare payment, alternative payment models, healthcare quality measurement, and health information technology. Pittman was previously vice president of policy with Premier, Inc., a group purchasing organization of more than 4,400 hospitals and 225,000 other provider organizations, since September 2019. During her eight years with Premier, she was responsible for working with policymakers, providers, and other healthcare stakeholders to reduce costs and improve the quality of healthcare. Prior to Premier, Pittman held senior management roles with the National Quality Forum, the Maryland Health Care Commission and CenterLight Healthcare, in addition to experience at the National Committee for Quality Assurance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master’s in Public Health from The George Washington University. Pittman received GWU’s School of Public Health and Health Services Excellence in Health Policy Award.
Alan Nebeker

Alan has been with KLAS for 5 years, working with dozens of healthcare organizations around the world in measuring and improving their clinical EHR experience. He leads the Provider Success efforts in the Arch Collaborative, guiding organizations to understand and implement the principles of EHR satisfaction. Alan has been working with HCCNs, PCAs, and FQHCs since 2020, which has become a passion project for him. He planned and led the first FQHC-specific virtual learning summit, hosted in December 2022.

Allison Hargrove, RN

Allison Hargrove is the Senior Director of Business Intelligence at CommWell Health. In her role, she oversees the management of information and data integrity as it relates to clinical operations, including the oversight of the IT Department Data Centers and all IT Operations. She also supervises the IT, Population Health, Care Coordination, Community Health Workers, WIC, Infectious Disease, and Business Intelligence departments. Her previous roles include Lead Nurse, Nurse Mentor, Clinical System Analyst, Director of Medical Ancillary Operations, and Director of Multispecialty Clinic for Newton Grove & Tar Heel sites. She also provided oversight to the Positive Life Program from 2013-2015. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barton College and is working toward her Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner from East Carolina University.
Andrew Hamilton, RN, BSN, MS

Mr. Hamilton is a master’s prepared Nurse Informaticist with 17 years of experience in both in-patient nursing care and outpatient community health as well as nursing administration. As the Chief Informatics Officer, Mr. Hamilton is responsible for developing clinical decision support and National Clinical Performance Measures and integrating them in to electronic health records. He is leading the organization’s efforts related to developing Health IT support for Meaningful Use, Patient Centered Medical Homes, and Care Coordination. Recently, Mr. Hamilton launched, designed, and led the development of an innovative Enterprise Data Warehouse program to support quality reporting, research, and care coordination. Prior to working for AllianceChicago, Mr. Hamilton was a Pediatric Critical Care nurse and a member of a large academic hospital Health IT team supporting the implementation of clinical information systems. He has also served as the Director of Patient Care Services for Howard Brown Health, a FQHC. Mr. Hamilton is the Past President of the Board of the Centricity Healthcare User Group (CHUG) and is also a member of several local, state, and national working groups related to Health IT and performance measurement. In addition, he is as an adjunct faculty at Loyola University School of Nursing and the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Nursing. Mr. Hamilton holds a BS in Nursing and MS in Nursing Business and Health Systems Administration with a focus on Nursing Informatics from the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Mr. Hamilton is a Fellow of the third class of the Health Innovators Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
Anna Smithee

Anna Smithee has been a dedicated healthcare professional for around 20 years, finding her passion as an Epic analyst over a decade ago. Throughout her career, Anna has taken on various roles as an Epic analyst, involving elbow-to-elbow support, build, and training. Currently, she is a valued member of the Healthy Planet team at Health Choice Network (HCN). Since joining Health Choice Network in 2022, Anna has developed a deep appreciation for the FQHC world and its mission to serve underserved populations. Her contributions at HCN include developing and streamlining tools for managing HIV and Hepatitis C programs, optimizing SDOH tools, and launching a Super User group. Anna is passionate about creating networking and optimization opportunities among FQHCs connected through Health Choice Network. She believes that being part of a network organization provides a unique chance to drive change in the FQHC world, support patient populations in need, and improve individual patients' lives.
Ashby Walker, PhD

Dr. Ashby Walker is an Assistant Professor at the University of Florida in the Department of Health Services Research, Management and Policy and is the Director of Health Equity at the UF Diabetes Institute. Dr. Walker is the currently elected Chair of the American Diabetes Association’s National Health Disparities Committee and serves on the Chronic Diseases & Conditions Workgroup for Florida's Health Improvement Plan. Dr. Walker’s nationally recognized research as a medical sociologist focuses on reducing health disparities in diabetes and she serves as PI and Director of the ECHO Diabetes program in Florida. She was selected by Diabetes Forecast magazine as “People to Know” for 2019, she won the Diversity Champion Award for UF in 2021, and is the recipient of seven teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development awards.
Ben Gilbert

Ben Gilbert has served as Evara Health’s Chief Financial Officer since 2016. During this time, he has provided leadership and supervision of all Evara Health financial activities. This includes the opening of numerous new facilities, as well as the introduction and expansion of services such as Chiropractic, Behavioral Health and Telehealth. Ben also leads many of the financial operations areas of the organization to include Contact Center Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Materials Management, Marketing, Workforce Management, and Process Improvement. Ben Wiederholt, FACHE, has spent his 20 years as a healthcare executive working to make the system more efficient, effective, equitable, and patient-centered. Prior to co-founding and serving as the CEO of Junction Health, he held roles across the spectrum of healthcare delivery from ambulatory, acute, post-acute, and home settings.
He was the CEO of one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in Colorado with 17 locations caring for 55,000 people a year who are economically poor. During his five-year tenure, access to care nearly doubled and quality outcomes improved including dramatic increases in value-based care payments.
In 2022, Ben started his quest to impact FQHC’s on a broader level and took on the CEO role of an Accountable Care Organization formed around a Colorado statewide network of health centers. He led the expansion of additional private payer contracts resulting in increasing distributions to members by 41%.

Benjamin Money, MPH is the SVP for Population Health at the National Association of Community Health Centers serving as executive lead for value-based care, care transformation, social drivers of health, and environmental health. Mr. Money's 40+ year career includes serving as the President and CEO of the North Carolina Community Health Center Association and an appointment as Deputy Secretary for Health Services at the NC Department of Health and Human Services. Ben received his MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a certificate in Health and Climate Change from the Yale University School of Public Health.

Cassandra Meyer

Cassandra Meyer has been in the healthcare industry for almost 20 years, starting with a career in nursing. With a strong passion for population health and health care delivery for underserved populations, she has enjoyed serving at Health Choice Network (HCN) as a passionate advocate for EHR growth and development. Ms. Meyer currently serves as the Director, Community & Population Health Applications for HCN where she provides strategic direction for the organization's deployment of EHR solutions for population management, outcome improvement, value-based contracts, social determinants of health, regulatory/quality measures, grant programs, research, health equity, gaps in care, UDS data capture, UDS+ and reporting, etc..
Ms. Meyer is also leading many other strategic initiatives for Health Choice Network to support further integration of FQHCs in Epic’s robust medical community and governing bodies.

Cassie serves as the Deputy Director of the Quality Center for the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), where she supports the value-based transformation of health center care delivery through providing health center trainings, developing resources, and engaging with Primary Care Associations, Health Center Controlled Networks, and other health center partners to collaborate in advancement toward Quintuple Aim goals. Cassie previously served as Director of Quality at a Federally Qualified Health Center in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She is experienced with health center data reporting and analysis, workflow implementation, team‐based care, the Patient Centered Medical Home model, alternative payment methodologies, and practice transformation processes. Cassie earned her Masters in Public Administration, with a Healthcare Administration emphasis, from University of Wisconsin‐ Oshkosh.

Dr. Anderson is a physician and healthcare innovator whose career has focused on finding ways of improving primary care for vulnerable, medically underserved patients. He is a Senior Research Scientist at the Weitzman Institute and holds the position of VP/Chief Quality Officer for Community Health Center, Inc. (CHCI) and President of ConferMED, a not-for-profit eConsult subsidiary developed by CHCI. Dr. Anderson served as Director of the Weitzman Institute from 2013 through 2021 where he helped grow the organization into a nationally known center of excellence in research, education, and policy, dedicated to improving healthcare in the medical safety net.
Dr. Anderson’s research focuses on critical issues in primary care including specialty care access, telehealth, chronic pain management, and chronic disease management. His research on eConsults, published in multiple journals including Health Affairs, has been widely cited and provided the foundation for the development of ConferMED, which now provides access to high quality eConsults to nearly 5 million patients in safety net practices across the US.
Dr. Anderson obtained his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his MD from Columbia University. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital and is a board-certified general internist.

Dr. Jenny Vidrine is the Assistant Center Director for Research Community Partnerships within the Office of Community Outreach, Engagement & Equity at Moffitt Cancer Center. She is also a Senior Member in the Department of Health Outcomes and Behavior at Moffitt and Professor of Psychology and Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida. Dr. Vidrine has nearly three decades of experience in cancer prevention research focused on eliminating tobacco-related cancer health disparities. Specifically, her research focuses on the development, evaluation, dissemination and implementation of tobacco cessation interventions targeted to vulnerable and underserved populations within healthcare and community settings. For the past 21 years, her research has been continuously supported by federal and state grants from the National Cancer Institute, the Florida Biomedical Research Program and other organizations. Dr. Vidrine has held multiple national leadership roles and she is a Fellow of the Society for Research on Nicotine & Tobacco.

Joseph is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor that has been in the field of substance abuse treatment since 2009. In long-term recovery since 2008, Joseph is the Senior VP of Outreach and Operations for Recovery Unplugged Texas, Board Member of Recovery People, and Current President of the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals. He was awarded the Terry D. Hale Professional of the Year award in 2019. He has built and developed a variety of programs including Residential Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Extended Care Programs. He also co-hosts the Talksicology Podcast, a weekly live discussion on mental health, addiction, and recovery.

Katherine Chung-Bridges, MD, MPH

Dr. Katherine Chung-Bridges is Chief Community Research Officer at Health Choice Network (HCN). She is a Board Certified Family Physician and Health Disparities Researcher who earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard, her medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Montefiore’s Residency Program in Social Medicine. Dr. Chung-Bridges earned a Master’s in Public Health in Epidemiology from UMDNJ-School of Public Health (SPH), while completing a National Research Service Award Primary Care Research Fellowship at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She has held multiple faculty appointments and has worked as a Family Physician at one of HCN’s founding FQHCs, Jessie Trice Community Health System. Dr. Chung-Bridges is the PI for an NIH-funded Community-Led Health Equity Structural Intervention (CHESI) focused on food insecurity, as well as a foundation-funded study assessing the effectiveness of a social determinants of health (SDOH) intervention at FQHCs. Her team provides Program Evaluation for multiple FQHC programs focused on increasing quality and access for underserved communities.

Melody Fitzgerald has been working for Whole Family Health Center since 2019. Meredith Marsh serves as the Chief of Value Based Services for Health Choice Network (HCN) in which she provides direct oversight of the Network’s value-based contracting, data analytics, clinical quality and credentialing services used to manage over 200,000 covered patient lives. Marsh has dedicated the last 20 years serving South Florida’s healthcare and nonprofit sectors. She joined Health Choice Network in 2011 under the South Florida Regional Extension Center and later transitioned to the role of Executive Director for HCN’s two Accountable Care Organizations, Health Choice Care, formed in 2014, and Health Choice Community Partners (HCCP), formed in 2023, both Medicare Shared Savings Program’s by HCN’s member centers and partners. Prior to joining HCN, Marsh specialized in health care compliance and coding in the private physician market. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and is certified in Health Care Quality & Management (CHCQM).

Milton Michael Leslie is a Native Hawaiian and was born and raised in Kealakekua on Hawai’i Island. Currently, he is a scholar-practitioner in the Doctoral of Public Health program at Capella University. Over the years, Milton has held various leadership roles across Hawaii, Seattle, San Francisco, and Phoenix.

Nadine Hewamudalige, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Nadine Hewamudalige currently serves as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for the Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC), Rhode Island’s largest health center network. Nancy G. Brinker

Nancy G. Brinker is three-time Ambassador and New York Times best-selling author who is regarded as the leader of the global breast cancer movement. Her journey began with a promise to her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, that she would do everything possible to end the shame, pain, fear and hopelessness caused by this disease. In one generation, the organization that bears Susan’s name has changed the world. Nathan Landsbaum is the Plan President and CEO of Sunshine Health, Florida’s largest managed care organization and a wholly owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation, a Fortune 25 company. With an extensive background in healthcare and finance, Mr. Landsbaum returned to lead Sunshine Health in September 2021, culminating 16 years of escalating leadership roles with Centene. Mr. Landsbaum began his Centene career at the corporate office in St. Louis in 2005 as Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions. Rosalyn Crawford Frazier, B.S. is the Chief Executive Officer of Broward Community & Family Health Centers, Inc. (BCOM) operating four (4) clinical practice sites and one (1) dental site located in Broward County, Florida. She has been overseeing the successful operations of the oldest federally qualified health center in the County providing comprehensive medical, behavioral and oral health services for twenty (20) years. Rosendo Collazo, DO

Dr. Collazo serves as Epic Physician Champion at Health Choice Network (HCN). He has been a part of the HCN team since November 2021. In this role, Dr. Collazo provides clinical analysis, research, and coordination of clinical topics relevant to Epic EHR implementation.
Previously, Dr Collazo served as Assistant Medical Director and subsequently Chief Medical Officer and Assistant Executive Director for Camillus Health Concern from 1993 – 2011. During this time, he developed continuity clinics for disease management, developed a comprehensive oral health and behavioral health program, as well as a continuous quality management program. From 2011 to 2021, Dr. Collazo served as clinical lead in Baptist Health of South Florida’s Medical group, specializing in diabetes management and cardiovascular diseases.

She completed her internal medicine residency and academic medicine fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Upon completion of her training, she became Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center. After moving to Miami with her family, she was blessed to become part of the Camillus Health Concern (CHC) team in 2015, where she continues to serve as primary care physician. She was the Medical Director of CHC from 2019-2021. Starting in 2021, she once again focused on academics while continuing her role as primary care physician at CHC. Several weeks a year, she supervises and teaches University of Medicine (UM) internal medicine residents and medical students during their inpatient rotations at the University of Miami. In addition, in partnership with CHC, UM, and Health Choice Network (HCN), she is conducting qualitative research focused on older adults experiencing chronic homelessness. In 2022, she became Medical Director of Camillus House, supervising the medical care of clients in the residential substance abuse treatment, human trafficking, and jail diversion programs. Her main career focus is caring for her patients first and foremost - through clinical care and advocacy, promoting social justice and health equity, and providing service. She lives in Miami with her husband and 4 young children (and 4 rescue cats).

During his tenure at Epic, Sean has worked extensively with various health systems to integrate predictive models into their systems, including an image classification model to screen patients for COVID before tests had been developed. His current focus is leveraging generative AI to make the software more efficient and user-friendly, with the aim of reducing physician burnout and cutting down on administrative burden.

Shaquan Chambliss-Huggins, PhD, APRN

Dr. Shaquan Chambliss-Huggins, is the Director of Population Health and Integrative Services at Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI). Joined in 2016, she also serves as Vice President of the Health Professional Staff and as a family medicine and behavioral health practitioner who services all CHI health centers within Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.
Dr. Chambliss-Huggins attended Florida Memorial University for undergraduate studies. She also holds a PhD in Health and Human Services, Doctor of Clinical Practice with an emphasis in Business Administration and Management. She obtained an Advance Practitioner degree from Purdue University. Dr. Chambliss-Huggins’s bedside manner is second to none. Her patients truly appreciate that she is focused on them and that she utilizes a holistic approach. She strives to provide comprehensive, competent, and caring healthcare services to her patients.
Stephanie Krenrich

Stephanie Krenrich is a government relations and public policy professional with over 20 years of experience, both on Capitol Hill and in the non-profit sector. Stephanie serves as Senior Vice President of Policy and Government Affairs at Advocates for Community Health (ACH), a not-for-profit membership organization for community health centers that focuses on ambitious policy and advocacy initiatives to advance the delivery of health care for underserved populations. In this role, she leads the organization’s government relations and policy activities and works to ensure that health centers have the resources and workforce they need to serve their communities, advance more value-based care, and move toward greater health equity.
Stephanie Smith
Manager, Clinical Quality | Health Choice Network
Stephanie Smith is currently serving as Manager of the Clinical Quality Department. She has been with the Health Choice Network for over 10 years. Smith started as a Health Information Technology Intern with the South Florida Regional Extension Center, assisting providers and health care organizations to meet Meaningful Use requirements. She then served as Business Systems Analyst, providing technical assistance in the development of EHR and Clinical Decision Support tool workflow documentation to support clinical quality performance. Before assuming her current position, Ms. Smith held the position of Population Health Product Specialist, where she was responsible for successfully implementing population health software across the network by ensuring accurate EMR data mapping and effective workflows. In her current role, she provides project management and oversight of board-approved clinical priorities, Quality Transformation Empowering Community Health (Q-TECH) health center-controlled network grant through HRSA, and the network’s clinical engagement strategies, executing the vision of the Chief Clinical Officer. Through her focus on Q-TECH, she has been able to gather health center subject matter experts to shine a spotlight on their Social Determinants of Health promising practices and workflows to enhance data collection and response across all participating health centers and the network. Ms. Smith has a bachelor’s in health services administration from Florida International University, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green belt, and is a PCMH Certified Content Expert. She also received her Epic Ambulatory certification in June 2023 and Best Practices Advisories Badge in April 2024.
Timothy Long, MD

Dr. Timothy Long currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Health Choice Network. He has served in this role since 2018. Dr. Long coordinates and promotes clinical leadership, advancing quality health outcomes through guidance and leadership on the optimal implementation and use of Health Information Technology. He employs a collaborative leadership approach that empowers clinicians and health centers to address challenges, promote best practices, and create clinical initiatives that result in practice transformation, quality improvement and clinical collaboration. He most recently served as Vice President of PBM 340B Strategy for OptumRx, a pharmacy services subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. Prior to OptumRx, he was System Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy for Centura Health, at the time a 17-hospital system with facilities in Colorado and Kansas. He earned his pharmacy degree from Butler University and health administration degree from Indiana University, and he is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
